How the Partnership Works
Step 1: Initial Consultation and Program Customization
We’ll work together to customize the Roadmap to Success program to best meet your members’ needs and align with your association’s mission.

Selected businesses undergo a BXR Assessment and receive VCOO-led training in strategic operations, positioning them to grow and succeed.
Step 3: Continuous Growth and Cohort Support
For six months, members participate in cohort meetings, workshops, and receive ongoing guidance to build leadership, improve operations, and expand customer reach.
Step 4: Showcase Member Success and Impact
